Worst mani pedi I’ve ever had. I went with my mom and sister as a treat. We were laughed at and questioned for choosing to do regular polish which not really sure why that mattered. Both my mom and I are extremely upset with our regular manicure. The French tip was extremely thick and just an awful paint job. I was also given attitude for the color I chose and she made sure to let me know she did not like the color. Will not be going back and would never recommend this place.

My normal nail salon just closed so I stopped in at VIP Nails with no appointment. They took me right in. I had a spa pedicure with gel polish, dip powder on my nails, and my eye brows waxed - all with Mi. I never felt rushed and she did an excellent job. Will definitely be going back here!

My daughter received a gift certificate in August from a family member for a pedicure. We made two pedicure appointments for 2pm on Friday December 5th. V.I.P.'s basic pedicure menu consist of a $35 pedicure or an up charge with "scents" for $40. They go up from there for spa pedicures. Please note THEY DO NOT offer a $30 pedicure. Upon arriving, we were immediately yelled at claiming they had called us several times. We arrived 7 minutes before our 2pm appointment. Why they were calling us was not made clear. AND they NEVER called us!! There were no missed calls on either of our phones. Now, arriving a few minutes early, to pick out a color, we a rushed to a chair. No apology for "sorry, wrong number" nothing. They spent 27 minutes on our pedicures!!!!! **SEE PICTURE BELOW AND THEN THE OWNER REFUSED TO HONOR THE FORTY DOLLAR GIFT CERTIFICATE AND ONLY THE $30 !!! BAD BAD BUSINESS

Nails look decent but does not last. Fall off the next day and same week. Doesn’t last 2 weeks at all. Even when one falls off the very next day after getting them done you go back the next day they charge you to fix the nail. They shouldn’t charge to fix the nail the next day clearly what they’re doing is not holding up. They over charge as well, I paid $65 for short full set with just gel polish. Didn’t even last one week all of them were off even after he fixed one and charged me an extra $10. Don’t waste your time or money! Also the owner frowned upon the $10 tip I left. She had a disgruntled look on her face said “that’s it” like wow really! Never again! I also got a pedicure which was horrible my feet still were hard at the bottom and had dead skin still. The pedicure was so quick also charged me $50 plus $25 for gel polish very well over charged.

I used to come here all the time and went back for the first time in a while this last week. The manager/owner did my nails and it was very rushed. I didn’t really notice how bad they were till I left. I’m tempted to go back and just asked for them to be removed because they are all different lengths and crooked. I will not be returning :/
